骨愈灵胶囊对小鼠阳虚症和微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨骨愈灵胶囊对小鼠阳虚症和微循环的影响。方法用氢化可的松造成小鼠阳虚症模型,观察不同剂量的骨愈灵胶囊,对阳虚症小鼠的体重、体温、自主活动、生殖系统与免疫系统脏器系数及微循环的影响。结果骨愈灵胶囊,给小鼠连续灌胃2周(0.4、1.2、3.6.gkg-13个剂量)均可使氢化可的松致阳虚小鼠的体重、体温回升,使其自主活动量增加(P<0.01或P<0.05),且大剂量还可明显对抗氢化可的松对雄性小鼠性器官的抑制作用(P<0.01);此外,大剂量骨愈灵对小鼠耳毛细血管也有明显扩张作用(P<0.01)。结论骨愈灵胶囊可改善氢化可的松所致阳虚小鼠的症状,并可改善微循环。Aim To explore the effect of Gu Yu Ling（GYL） capsule on the yang asthenia and microcirculation in mice. Methods By using hydrocortone, the model of yang asthenia in mice was built. Yang asffenia mice were trea-ted for two weeks with GYL by oral administration at the dose of 0.4g·kg^-1, 1.2g·kg^-1 and 3.6g·kg^-1, respectively. The body weight, body temperature, spontaneous activity and the organ coefficient of the reproductive and im- mune system were measured to determine the therapeutic effect of GYL. Results After GYL was used to treat yang asthenia in mice by oral administration at the dose of 0.4g·kg^-1, 1.2g·kg^-1 and 3.6g·kg^-1 ,the body weight,body temperature and the amount of spontaneous activity were significantly increased （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Furthermore,the dose of 3.6g·kg^-1 significantly improved the inhibition effect of hydrocortone on the sexual organ in male mice（ P 〈0.01 ） and distended the diameter of ear capillary vessels in mice（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions GYL can ease the symptom caused by hydrocortone,improving microcirculation.
