摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定维铁缓释片中5种水溶性维生素的含量。方法以Agilent C8为色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1mol.L-1乙酸铵溶液(甲酸调pH4.5)(25∶75)为流动相;以254nm为检测波长;流速为1.0ml/min;柱温为30℃。结果维生素C、烟酰胺、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6在本文设计的范围内线性关系良好,r值均>0.9990,平均回收率分别为99.68%、99.51%、99.62%、99.70%、99.54%。结论该质量标准的研究有效控制了维铁缓释片的质量,方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高。Aim To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of the water-soluble vitamins in Ferrous Sulfate and Vitamin Complex Sustained-release Tablets. Methods They were determined on an Agilent Cs column, using methylalcohol-0.1mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate（pH adjusted to 4.5 by formic acid）（25：75）as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min,and detected at 254nm. The colmnn temperature was 30℃. Results The linear relation of the peak area of vitamin C ,nicotinamide,vitamin B1,vitamin B2 ,vitamin B6 was determined by HPLC with a good regression coefficient and the average recovery rate was good. Conclusion This method can be used for the quality coutrol of Ferrous Sulfate and Vitamin Complex Sustained-release Tablets. The method is simple ,accurate and sensitive.
