摘  要:简述了蓄热式燃烧技术的工作原理、性能特点及在济钢150t钢水罐烘烤器上的应用。测定了不同类型的烘烤器烘烤钢水罐衬层时,钢水罐外壳的升温曲线及介质预热达到的温度。通过效果检测,确定了蓄热式燃烧技术在烘烤钢水罐耐火材料时,缩短烘烤时间也可达到需要的衬层温度;同时能使炼钢厂降低能耗、改善工作环境。In the present paper the working principle and characteristics of the regenerative roaster as well as application of this technology in 150 t steel ladle in Jigang have been introduced. In examining the conditions of the ladle lining roasted by various type of roasters the temperature rising curve of the ladle shell and the preheating temperature of the medium attained have been measured. Through examination of the actual results it's determined that by application of the regenerative roasting technology in baking the refractory material of the ladle the roasting time can be reduced and the desirable lining temperature of the ladle obtained as well. In the meanwhile the energy consumption can be lowered down and working environment in the steel-making plant improved.
