摘　　要：随着中俄原油购销总协议的签署,5a内中国将购买俄罗斯原油20Mt/a,今后将增加到30Mt/a。根据原油性质的划分,俄罗斯原油属于含硫低酸中间基原油。国内的炼油装置,尤其是东北地区的炼油厂完全按大庆原油设计。大庆原油属于低硫低酸石蜡基原油。因此在设备材质选择上基本采用20#钢。俄罗斯原油对20#钢的腐蚀速率较快。加工俄罗斯原油的防腐问题,将成为今后各炼油厂的主要任务。With the signing of the General Purchase and Sales Agreement between China and Russia on crude oil through oil pipeline, China will buy 20 Mt/a Russian crude oil each year in the coming 5 years after the pipeline construction completed, and the imported amount will increase to 30 Mt/a henceforth. The railway transport amount now has reached to 60 Mt/a. Russian crude oil is sulfur containing low acid intermediate oil when classified by oil properties. Domestic oil refineries, especially the refineries in the Northeast area, are totally designed based on Daqing oil. Daqing oil is low sulfur low acid paraffinic oil, so the 20# steel is selected as the equipment material. Russian oil has a fast corrosion rate to the 20# steel. The corrosion prevention in processing Russian oil will be the main task for these refineries in the future.
