摘  要:根据发生炉煤气的特性,采用强制预混燃烧方式,设计了点火器的喷嘴、引射器及烧嘴,并对稳定火焰的方法也进行了研究.在空燃比一定的条件下,对发生炉煤气的流量与点火参数的关系进行了试验.结果表明,发生炉煤气的最佳流量为0.0111 m3.s-1,火焰温度高达1541℃,火焰长达1.02 m.该点火器具有火焰温度高,适应性强、操作方便等优点.与用油枪点燃相比,预燃时间明显减短,而成本降低.This paper explained the design of nozzles, injectors and burner cones of new ignition with producer gas on forced pre-mixing and the method of flame stability. The relationship between the flow of producer gas and the parameters of ignition under given producer gas ratio is tested. Test results show that the optimal flow of producer gas is 0. 011 1 m^3·s^-1. The highest temperature of flame is 1 541℃. The length of flame is 1.02 m. The practical application indicates that the igniter has the following advantages : high temperature of flame, better adaptability, convenient operation. Compared with petroleum igniter, the warm-up time of the new igniter was shortened obviously, and the cost was decreased greatly.
