摘  要:目的:研究缪刺法对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的镇痛效应及部分中枢镇痛机制。方法:以佐剂性关节炎大鼠为炎症痛模型,以局部痛阈、下丘脑内β-内啡肽(β-EP)及促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、脊髓中强啡肽(Dynal)为指标,观察不同缪刺法与正常取穴法的镇痛效果。结果:正常取穴法与缪刺法对疼痛模型大鼠均有良好的镇痛效应,缪刺法以左右缪刺为优。正常针刺组与左右缪刺组中模型大鼠β-EP、ACTH、Dynal含量下降,上下缪刺法组β-EP、ACTH含量下降而Dynal含量未明显下降。结论:正常针刺、左右缪刺及上下缪刺均对佐剂性关节炎大鼠有较好的镇痛效应,以左右缪刺为优,其部分起效机制可能为激发了中枢神经系统中镇痛物质的调节功能。Objective : To study on the analgesia effect and some center analgesia mechanism on adjuvant - induced arthritis rats with crossing selection of acuponints method. Method: Tanking Adjuvant - induced arthritis rats as the inflammation model,localized pain threshold, taking β - EP in hypothalamus, ACTH and Dynal in medulla oblongata asthe index, we observe the analgesic effect of different crossing selection of acupoints method and normal acupont selection method. Result : Both normal acuponit selection method and crossing selection of acupints method have good analgesic effect. That of left - ring corssing selection of acupoints method is better. Content of β - EP ,ACTH and Dynal decrease in normal acupoint selection method group and left - right crossing selection of acupoints method group model rats. Content of β - EP , ACTH decrease but content of Dynal decrease but content of Dynal decreases not obviously. Conclusion: Nomal acupoint selection method, left - right crossing selection of acupoints method and up - down crossing selection of acupoints method all have good analgesic effect. Among them, that of left - right crossing selection of acupoints method is the best. The partly effective mechanism probably is stimulating the regulation function of analgesic material in central nervous system.
