马蹄莲中植物甾醇成分的分离与结构鉴定

摘　　要：目的:研究马蹄莲中的植物甾醇成分。方法:应用多种色谱手段进行分离纯化,通过UV、IR、~1H NMR、^(13)C NMR、GC- MS等技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到3个甾醇化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、豆甾醇(2)和菜籽甾醇(3)。结论:化合物β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇、菜籽甾醇均系首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To investigate the phytosterols of Zantedeshia aethiopiea. Method： The Compounds from Zantedeshia aethiopiea were separated by ehromatogaphy and their ehemieal struetures and eontents were identified by means of UV, IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and GC-MS speetral, respeetively. Result： Three phytosterols were isolated and identified as 13-sitosterol （1）, stigmasterol （2）, eampesterol （3）. Conclusion： The Compounds 1-3 are firstly isolated from Zantedeshia aethiopiea.
