摘　　要：目的:建立八珍益母片中芍药苷含量测定HPLC法。方法:用Hypersil ODS2 C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85),流速1.0 ml·min^(-1);柱温:室温;检测波长:230 nm。结果:芍药苷浓度在0.15～1.2μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.8%(n=5)。结论:本方法专属、重复性好。可用于八珍益母片中芍药苷的含量测定。Objective： To develop an HPLC method for determination the content of paeoniflorin in Bazhen Yimu tables. Method：Hypersil ODS2 C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）was used, the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-0. 1 mol·L^-1 phosphoric acid solution （15： 85） ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the column temperature was room temperature, the detection wavelength was at 230 nm. Result： The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.15 - 1.2 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 99.9% with RSD 0.8% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion. The method is selective and reproducible, it can be used for determination the content of paeoniflorin in Bazhen Yimu tablets.
