摘　　要：结合一个具体的基于Smart Client技术的网上购物系统,讨论如何设计与实现基于手持移动设备(PocketPC)的智能客户端系统。通过此系统的讨论,详细阐述了SmartClient技术的特点和优势,及其在移动智能设备中的应用,从而为在手持设备上实现智能客户端技术提供了直接的技术参考与编程模型。An intemet shopping system is described based on Smart Client technology. It discusses how to design and build one Smart Client system based on portable mobile devices （Pocket PC）. According to the discussion about this system, the characters and advantages of Smart Client technology and the applications in smart mobile devices are expatiated. Consequently, A direct technical reference and programming model for achieving the Smart Client technology on portable mobile devices are provided.
