摘　　要：介绍使用西门子公司生产的S7-200型可编程控制器(PLC),实现对安全带使用寿命的检测。系统包括A、B两套功能完全相同子系统,每套系统分别由电磁阀、汽缸、位置信号、六棱摩擦柱等组成,系统的控制核心是PLC。各部分有机的结合使系统能够完成安全带使用寿命的检测。着重阐述了系统的工作原理和控制过程。The S7-200 of PLC of the Siemens to realize the check of the safety belt usage life-span is introduced. The system is made up of A and B two set of function quite same subsystems. Each one is made of solenoid valve, air cylinder, position signal, six shuttles fraction columns. The core of the system is the PLC. Part of the organic combination of the safety belt system to is made complete the safety belt usage life-span check. The work principle and the control process are emphatically elaborated.
