银杏叶的化学成分研究

摘　　要：从银杏叶的乙酸乙酯部分首次得到一二苯乙烯类化合物。经理化常数测定，光谱（ＵＶ，ＩＲ，ＭＳ，１ＨＮＭＲ，１３ＣＮＭＲ谱）分析，结构３，３′二甲氧基４，４′二羟基１，２二苯乙烯。Four compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of the leaves of Ginkgo biloba . Compounds Ⅱ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ were identified as ginkgolides A, B and C respectively, Compound Ⅰ, which was obtained from the leaves of G. biloba for the first time, was identified as 3,3′ dimethoxy 4,4′ dihydroxy stilbene by spectroscopic methods.
