摘　　要：为了更好的使施工企业在激烈的市场竞争中获得立足之地,必须要做好施工项目的成本管理工作.目前,很多施工企业在施工项目成本管理中存在着一定的问题,针对这些问题,根据造价管理理论知识以及施工现场实际经验,提出了一些切实可行的解决措施,以期对施工企业的项目成本管理有所帮助.Construction companies should control well in cost management to get the place in building market because of the tremendous contention. Now, there are a lot of companies having problems in cost management. For dealing with these problems, using cost management knowledge and experience of working in building spot-some resolutions are given to help construction companies in cost management.
