摘　　要：计算机网络化管理为学校教学、科研及管理提供了先进的技术手段和崭新的网络环境,要科学管理电子文件就必须从档案管理的基本规律和计算机技术的特点出发,逐渐摸索出行之有效的科学管理归档电子文件的办法.本文通过对电子文件时代档案管理模式的探讨,提出在网络环境下档案管理、提供利用的全新方式,以适应档案信息化建设快速发展的趋势.Computer network management provides advanced technology and brand-new net environment to the school teaching, scientific research and management, In order to manage the electronic documents scientifically, startng from the basic rules of files management and the characteristics of computer technology, the effective measures of files management can be carried out. Though the study of the file management style to the electronics documents, a file management under the network environment is proposed and all new way of the exploitation is provided to adapt a file information-based constuction trend of the fast development.
