摘  要:介绍了一种基于插值FFT算法的测量电力系统频率的高精度方法。分别对原始信号为纯基波、含有谐波以及分别改变谐波含量和相位等几种情况进行了仿真,并与傅里叶算法的测量结果做了比较。结果表明,插值FFT算法在各种情况下都有很高的精度,采样不同步对该方法的影响也很小。该方法运算速度快,计算精度高,易于硬件实现,能够满足电力系统实时测量的要求。A high-accuracy method based on interpolated FFT algorithm is presented to measure the power system frequency. The simulation is implemented under the condition of fundamental signals, signals with harmonic, changing the harmonic content and phase. Then the simulation results are compared with the measuring results of Fourier algorithm. The results show that the interpolated FFT algorithm has very high accuracy in all these situations. Non - synchronous sampling has very small influence upon this algorithm. This method has the characteristics of high speed and accuracy, easy implementation of hardware. It can meet the requirement of real - time measurement in power system.
