浆细胞性女阴炎一例

摘　　要：报告1例浆细胞性女阴炎。患者女,60岁,反复外阴红斑、糜烂9个月,复发伴加重1个月。双侧大小阴唇上方可见暗红斑,表面潮湿,散在白色伪膜样糜烂面,阴蒂弥漫性增生肥大。皮损病理示真皮上中部弥漫性炎症细胞浸润,大部分为成熟浆细胞,并可见少量红细胞外溢。临床表现及病理特点符合浆细胞性女阴炎。本病治疗困难,复方倍他米松注射液和α-干扰素皮损内注射取得近期疗效。A case of plasma cell vulvitis is reported. A 60-year-old woman patient presented with recurrent erythema and erosion in the vulva for 9 months. She complained of an recurrence and aggravation of the lesions for l month. Physical examination revealed dusky-red macules with moist surface, scattered white pseudomembrane-like erosion on both labias, and extensive hypertrophy of the clitoris. Histologic examination showed that there was a diffuse infiltration with inflammatory cells in upper to middle dermis, most of which were mature plasma cells, and a few extravasating erythrocytes. The clinical manifestations and pathological findings supported the diagnosis of plasma cell vulvitis, which was recalcitrant to treatment. Repeated intralesional injections ofbetamethasone complex solution （ diprospan ） and interferon alpha resulted in short-term improvement of the disease.
