摘　　要：价格分析是水权转换的基础性工作,关系到水权转换中各方的利益,是水权转换可持续进行的关键。根据黄河灌区的实际情况,分析了水权转换价格的构成及影响因素,并结合黄河水权转换的实践,着重分析了黄河水权转换成本部分费用及其测算方法,给出了具体计算公式,并根据公式对黄河流域水权转换试点区的水权转换价格进行了测算,为今后水权转换工作的开展提供了借鉴。Price analysis is fundamental for water right transfer and relates to the interests of all parties, and it is essential for the sustainability of water right transfer. In line with the actual condition of irrigation district of Yellow River Basin, the formation of price and influential factors for water right trading is examined. Based on practice of water right trading in the Yellow River Basin, the cost of water right trading is estimated and specific calculation formula is presented. The Formula is used for the calculation of price of water right trading in pilot areas, which provides a reference for the future.
