摘 要:功率汇流环是雷达系统中常用的一种汇流环形式,主要负责大功率的传输,是雷达系统中的重要部件。从目前功率汇流环的应用情况来看,在电路中针对功率汇流环的保护没有引起足够的重视,因此导致功率汇流环因电路异常而烧毁的现象时有发生,对雷达系统的正常工作影响很大。文中对功率汇流环的失效形式及原因进行了分析,重点对电路系统中过电压和过电流现象的产生原因及危害进行了介绍,通过对某雷达系统中功率汇流环损坏情况的剖析和实际测量,证实了系统过压的存在,文中分别针对过压和过流提出了保护的方法,并通过试验验证及实际使用效果说明了采取正确的保护措施后,可以对功率汇流环起到很好的保护作用,大大提高功率汇流环的可靠性。The power slip-ring is one of the most common kinds of slip-ring in radar system, which is responsible for the transfer of great power, and functions as an important part of radar system. At present, the protection for the power slip-ring is not paid enough attention to in the circuit design, which makes the power slipring often damaged for something wrong in the Circuit, thus seriously affecting the normal operation of radar system. This paper analyzes the invalidation models and causes of the power slip-ring, with emphasis on the causes of overvohage and overcurrent in the circuit and on the related damages. The presence of overvohage is confirmed through the analysis and practical measurement of the damage radar system, In the paper, the protection methods for overvohage and in the power slip-ring of a particular overcurrent are put forward. Experiments and practical applications show that with proper protection measures taken, the power slip-ring can be protected well so that its reliability can be improved greatly.
