摘  要:雷达产品所用微波器件具有结构复杂,精度要求高,成本高,多采用加工易变形的有色金属材料等特点,为了保证质量,在提高其设计的工艺性的同时,需要对其进行仔细的工艺设计和严格的制造过程控制。文中介绍了一种较复杂微波器件的精密制造技术,提出并讨论了其制造过程要点,重点分析了造成其加工变形的主要因素以及在变形控制方面采取的具体措施。实践证明所采用的制造技术是成功的,为类似问题的解决提供了有益的参考。The microwave apparatus used in radar system is characterized by its complicated structure, high precision and high cost ; additionally, it is prone to machining deformation since it is made of non-ferrous alloy that is of relatively lower strength compared with ferrous alloy. In order to guarantee its quality, it is necessary to make a meticulous technological design and have a strict manufacturing process control. This paper introduces the precision manufacturing technology of a complicated microwave apparatus, presents and discusses the key points of the manufacturing process with emphasis on the major reasons for machining deformation and the measures taken in deformation control. This manufacturing technology has proved to be successful in practice, thus offering valuable reference in resolving similar problems.
