摘 要:目的:通过大鼠感染性伤口动物模型,检测短波紫外线照射对大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,探讨短波紫外线对免疫功能的调节作用。方法:将36只健康SD大鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组、模型组、短波紫外线组,其中短波紫外线组于伤口感染后48h,应用短波紫外线照射脊柱左侧感染伤口,每日1次,连续7次为1疗程。然后抽取眼静脉血,应用流式细胞仪分别检测各组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞的变化。结果:与正常组相比,模型组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+T细胞显著降低,而短波紫外线照射则能显著增加大鼠感染性伤口引起的免疫功能低下大鼠的CD3+、CD4+T细胞亚群的数量,增高CD4+/CD8+T细胞亚群的比值。结论:短波紫外线照射对大鼠细胞免疫功能有明显增强作用。Objective: To observe the influence of ultraviolet C on T cellular subgroups in model of experimental wound infection in rats, so as to study its effect on immune function. Method: Thirty six Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group, wound infection group and ultraviolet C treatment group. Except the normal control group, the back of rats were artificially formed the infected wound. After 48 hours of wound infection, the ultraviolet C irradiation was given once a day for 7 days in treatment group. The T lymphocyte subsets, i.e CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD8^+ in peripheral blood of rats were detected by flow cytometer. Result: Compared with normal control group, the T lymphocyte subsets (CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+) in wound infection group decreased significantly (P〈0.01). In ultraviolet C group the numbers of CD3^+,CD4^+ cells and the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ increased in rats with immunodeficiency induced by wound infection. Conclusion: Ultraviolet C could enhance the cellular immune function of rats.
