摘　　要：通过对这种新型的圆弧齿线双圆弧圆柱齿轮的切齿法研究，分析了该齿轮的提出不仅克服了人字齿轮制造工艺复杂、测量检验困难和由于中截面退刀槽的存在给传动带来的不良影响，而且随之而来的却是圆柱齿轮的设计和加工的新工艺。By means of the research on gear cutting method for a new type of cylindrical gear-double-arc gear with circular arc trace,this paper analyses that the new type of gear is advanced not only to overcome the disadvantages of complex manufacturing engineering,difficuties in measurement and examination of chevron gear and the harmful effects on transmission because of existence of backoff cutter at the central cross-section of chevron gear,but also to advance this new engineering of design and manufacture for cylindrical gear.The author has processed this new gear with hobbing machine of EFWF1250 successfully.
