摘　　要：为对圆锥破碎机层压破碎过程破碎产品粒度进行数值化仿真优化分析,必须进行层压破碎试验研究。利用RMT-150B岩石力学试验系统对圆锥破碎机破碎腔各破碎层层压破碎过程进行模拟试验,对试验数据进行统计回归分析,建立层压破碎过程选择函数模型和破碎函数模型,为对破碎产品粒度分析奠定基础。最后,以PYB1750圆锥破碎机为算例,研究分析了破碎产品粒度分布,验证了选择函数模型和破碎函数模型的可行性和可靠性。In order to make optimization analysis to numerical simulation for grain size in laminated crushing course of cone crusher,laminated test study should be conducted. RMT-150B rock kinetic test system was applied to make simulation test to laminated crushing course of each crushing laminae in crushing cavity of cone crusher,then test data were analyszed and regressed,and selection function and crushing function model of laminated crushing course were founded,which establised foundation for analysis to grain size. Finally,PYB1750 cone crusher serving as example,the paper analyzed grain size and verified the feasibility and reliability of selection function model and crushing function model.
