活性石灰回转窑节能降耗和资源综合利用的探讨

摘　　要：本文从保证石灰工业可持续发展出发,通过对烧成系统主机设备、燃烧装置和烟气处理系统特点的分析和对石灰石矿山、低热值煤气、粉尘及二氧化碳等资源的分析,对活性石灰回转窑系统的节能降耗和资源综合利用的途径及方法系统地进行了探讨,提出了建议和设想。Initiated with guaranteeing continuous development of lime industry,the paper analyzed the structure of major machine,burning unit and gas handling system in burning system,narrated the resource such as lime mine,gas with low heat capacity,dust and carbon dioxide,dis-cussed the energy saving and consumption reduction of active lime rotary kiln and approach for resource synthetic utilization,and of-fered some suggustions.
