摘  要:介绍了尿素水解系统的工艺流程,叙述了水解系统运行中存在的问题,提出了水解压力控制阀增设副线、改变吹扫蒸汽位置、解吸塔上塔增设低液位联锁、改用规整填料等项改进措施,改造结果表明,解吸能力由40 m3/h增加到60 m3/h,能力提高了50%,解析废液始终处于达标状态。Author has introduced the process flow of hydrolytic system of urea, described the problems existing in the hydrolytic running system, presented multi-items of improvement measures, that is, the by-pass line is to be added for hydrolytic pressure control valve, the position to be changed for the flushing steam, the low liquid level interlock to be added at the upper section of dcsorber, to be changed to use the regular packing etc. , the reformed result indicates that the desorption capacity is increased by 50% from 40m^3/h, to 60 m^3/h, the waste solution desorbed reaches to state meeting the requirement of standard.
