摘 要:X辐射取样是一种原位快速测定矿石品位的新技术。基体效应、不平度效应和矿化不均匀效应是该技术的三个技术关键。本文提出了以目标元素的特散比为基本参数建立求解矿石目标元素品位的数理方程和判别主要干扰元素的判据,提出了克服矿化不均匀效应的最佳测网。通过对铜、铅、锌、铁、钼和锡等不同矿种的实验和应用表明:X辐射取样确定矿石品位与常规的刻槽(拣块)取样方法具有同等的准确度和精确度。X radiation sampling is a new technique for in situ rapid determination of ore grade.Matrix effect,uneveness effect and heterogeneous effect are the three key points of this technique.Based on the basic parameters of the ratio of characteristic X ray to scattered rays from source of the object elements,a mathematical model for the object element grade of the ore and a judgement expression for main disturbing elements are presented.An optimal measurement net for overcoming heterogeneous effect has also been suggested.Tests on different ores of copper,lead,zinc,iron,molybdenum and tin and production application have shown that X radiation sampling is as accurate and precise as the traditional notch grooving (sorting) sampling method in ore grade determination and can in situ delineate ore body boundaries.
