摘　　要：提出一套适合数字版权管理系统使用的权利描述语言描述机制,并结合权利描述语言提出在权利管理过程中使用的两种不同类型的许可证,实现数字版权管理系统在网络浏览器上对Internet上的数字内容进行持久访问控制的模式。The paper raises a set of express mechanism of rights expression language which adapts to digital rights management system,furthermore,combining rights expression language,the paper proposes two licenses of the category type which used during the course of rights management.Digital rights management system realizes the pattern of persistent access control for the digital content of Internet in web browser.
