摘  要:针对典型的ACI 440.1R-03设计指南(后称ACI指南)和ISIS design manual 3设计指南(后称ISIS指南),在已有文献基础上,选取了荷载效应比Ln/Dn、截面宽度b、截面高宽比h/b、有效高度比d/h以及混凝土强度fc′等影响因素对抗弯承载力进行了可靠度评估,考察可靠度指标平均值β随这些影响因素的变化规律.分析结果表明,对于ACI设计指南,无论何种失效模式,在同一种失效模式下,可靠度指标β几乎不受FRP筋类型的影响,强度环境影响系数CE对可靠度指标影响也不大.在混凝土压碎破坏模式下,可靠度指标β随梁宽b、高宽比h/b、有效高度比d/h的增大而增大且趋于稳定,荷载效应比Ln/Dn和混凝土强度fc′是影响可靠度水平最主要的两个因素;在FRP拉断破坏模式下,可靠度指标随各个因素的波动均不大,ISIS指南中CFRP筋拉断破坏模式对应的可靠度水平低于混凝土压碎模式下的可靠度指标.此外,两指南中这些设计条款的可靠度水平均明显偏高,应适当调整抗力折减系数和强度折减系数f.Based on the research conducted previously, a parametric study is carried out to make a further reliability assessment of flexural capacity of concrete reinforced with FRP rebars designed by ACI 440. 1R - 03 (called ACI guideline) and ISIS design manual 3 (called ISIS guideline), Load effect ratio, Ln/Dn, sectional width, b , height -to -width ratio, h/b, effective height -to -width ratio, d/h, and concrete strength, fc', etc. , are selected as the influencing factors during the assessment of average reliability index,β. The results have indicated that, with ACI guideline, FRP type and the environmental reduction factor has no significant effect on β in both failure modes. For the failure mode of concrete crushes, as parameters b, h/b, d/h increase, β also increases and tends to be steady. L n/Dn and fc' are the dominant influencing factors on the reliability level. For the failure mode of FRP tensile fracture, all influencing factors have slight effect on the reliability indexes. It is unreasonable that the reliability level for the failure mode of CFRP fracture in ISIS guideline is lower than that for the failure mode of concrete crushes. The reliability level in both guidelines is obviously higher than that for reinforced concrete members. The resistance reduction factor, φ , in ACI guideline and the material strength reduction factor, φf , in ISIS guideline should be adjusted correspondingly.
