摘  要:利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定了白蔹、老鹳草、生晒参、栀子、银耳、淫羊藿、商陆和贯众8味植物类中药中V、Ti、Mo、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mn、Ni、Sr和Zn的含量,并根据第四统计力学———群子统计力学理论对实验测得的离子体系的分布特点进行了计算。结果发现不同性味中药材的微量元素的分布特点有显著的差异,中药的性味与微量元素的分布呈相关性。利用计算所得的群子参数对中药的性味、药理活性进行深入分析,分析结果提示反映中药微量元素分布特征的群子参数可作为筛选抗艾处方用药的理论参数。The abundances of V, Ti, Mo, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Sr and Zn in eight medicinal herbs were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP). The distribution of trace element concentrations in the eight medicinal herbs showed significant differences. According to the calculated cluster parameters, the distribution of trace elements is related to the properties and tastes of the herbs, and the properties and tastes based on the cluster parameters conform to the traditional classification in Chinese Material Medica. This indicates that these elements have a significant influence on the properties and tastes of medicinal herbs, and suggests the possibility of predicting the anti-HIV properties of medicinal herbs on the basis of their trace element content.
