摘　　要：工业遗产作为一种文化遗产形式,因其具备特殊的价值而逐渐引起社会更多的关注。河南省拥有许多有价值的工业遗产,但对工业遗产的保护与再利用工作刚刚起步。通过对工业遗产保护现状和再利用情况进行分析,河南省还存在着诸如对工业遗产缺乏科学认识、近现代工业遗产保护相对落后、工业遗产再利用程度较低等问题,需要在借鉴国内外工业遗产保护与再利用的先进经验的基础上,采取一系列措施以充分挖掘河南省有价值的工业遗产,使其得到有效保护和合理利用。As one type of culture heritage, industrial heritage had been paid more attention to by society gradually because of its special value. There are many valuable industrial heritages in Henan Province, yet its protection and reuse is still at start. By analyzing the actualities of protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Henan Province, some problems were put forward such as lacking scientific cognition of industrial heritage, lagging in protection of modem industrial heritage and being lower degree in reuse of industrial heritage. On the basis of referring to the advanced experiences home and abroad on protection and reuse of industrial heritage, some measures were proposed in order to excavate sufficiently valuable industrial heritages in Henan province and make them be protected effectively and utilized reasonably.
