摘  要:[目的]为了研究在甘草脱分化过程中添加抗生素对过氧化物酶活性的影响。[方法]以甘草无菌苗的下胚轴为试验材料,研究甘草脱分化过程中添加抗生素对下胚轴的出愈率、可溶性蛋白和过氧化物酶活性的影响。[结果]在甘草脱分化前期(4~6d),抗生素促进下胚轴的愈伤化,而在第8d时抑制下胚轴的愈伤化。添加抗生素降低甘草脱分化过程中可溶性蛋白的形成。添加抗生素后,过氧化物酶活性在甘草脱分化第2d增加,在第4~6d降低,而在第8d过氧化物酶活性又有所增加。[结论]过氧化物酶活性与植物脱分化过程中形态的变化具有密切的关系。[Objective] The aim of the research was to study the effects of adding antibiotics in dedifferentiation process of liquorice on peroxidase activity. [Method] Taking hypocotyl of liquorice aseptic seedling as test materials, the effects of adding antibiotic in dediffentiation process of liquorice on the callus initiating rate of hypoeotyl, soluble protein and peroxidase activity were studied. [Result] Antibiotic promoted the hypoeotyl callus in the early dediffentiation period of liquorice (4-6 d) and inhibited hypoeotyl callus induction in the 8th day. Adding antibiotic reduced the form of soluble protein in dedifferentiation process of liquorice. After adding antibiotic, peroxidase activity increased in the 2nd d of liquorice dediffentiation process, decreased in 4th-6th d and increased in the 8th d again. [Conclusion] Peroxidase activity had close relationship with morphologie change in the dediffentiation process of plant.
