摘  要:在广西靖西县开展了上部烟叶乙烯利处理和烘烤方法试验。结果表明,在靖西特殊情况下采用"低温慢烤",可使上部烟叶顺利变黄,充分成熟,烟叶等级显著提高,淀粉含量显著下降,蛋白质含量大幅度降低,石油醚提取物明显增加,总挥发酸提高,总挥发碱下降,化学成分变得协调,内外观质量有很大改善。同时,烤前提前2d喷施质量分数为200mg/kg的乙烯利溶液,能使烟叶顺利后熟,化学成分的适宜性和协调性得到改善。The experiments of ethephon treatment and curing technique in upper position leaves were carried out in Jingxi county of Guangxi Autonomous Region. The results showed that "Low Temperature and Slow Curing" technique could make upper position leaves proper yellowing and fully ripping, reduce starch and protein contents greatly, increase petroleum ether extracts considerably. Total volatile acids increased while total volatile alkaloids reduced, Chemical contents became more balanced and the internal quality, outer appearance and leaf grades were improved. Furthermore, if leaves were treated with 200 mg/kg ethephon solution two days before harvesting, better after -ripening could be obtained, which made leaves more suitable and assorted.
