摘　　要：结合安徽省某县国库集中支付制度改革试点情况,阐述了中国当前行政事业单位资金实行国库集中支付制度的必要性、紧迫性和重大现实意义,分析了改革过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。Combining with the innovation situation of treasury centralized payment system in a certain county of Anhui Province, the necessity, urgency and great practical significance of current treasury centralized payment system of administrative institutions were expatiated. The problems in the process of innovation were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
