摘 要:从电阻率、膨胀系数、抗拉强度等方面研究了Mo和Cu元素的带入对Cr20Ni35合金造成的影响。Mo和Cu固溶到合金中以后,由于溶剂点阵畸变或组元之间的化学作用的改变而使合金的电阻率增加,通过控制Si含量以抵消对合金p值的影响,这对合金抗拉强度、合金膨胀性能、热锻成材率等影响不大。与软磁合金和膨胀合金相比,Cr20Ni35对化学成分不敏感,这为在Cr20Ni35合金中填加其他元素(如Co,W等)提供了思路。Mo and Cu elements of Cr20Ni35 alloy is brought by mixed recycled materials. This paper focuses on the study of effect of Mo and Cu on electrical resistivity, expansion coefficient and tensile strength. After Mo and Cu are solutionized into alloy, the solvent lattice distortion or the change of chemical compositions among components leads to the increase of alloy electrical resistivity, but it does not affect tensile strength, expansion coefficient and the rate of hot forging finished products very much. Controlling Si content can eliminate the effect of Mo and Cu on electrical resistivity. Overall, Cr20Ni35 compared with other soft magnetic alloys and expansion alloys is not sensitive to the chemical compositions, and this conclusion provides us some thoughts how to use the low price recycled materials containing other elements (such as Co and W, etc. ) correctly in future.
