摘  要:文章介绍了一种新型X射线荧光测井仪的硬件与软件。该测井仪井下探管外径42mm,以充稀有气体的正比计数器为探测器,以8098微机芯片管理的256道脉冲幅度分析系统,可以一次下井同时测定两种或多种元素含量,实现了在地面计算机控制下的数字传输、数字收录和数据处理。开发的软件具有原始数据采集、能谱分析、含量与储量计算等功能。野外锶矿测井试验表明:X射线荧光测井仪可在井场实时提供锶、钡两种元素的品位。This paper describes the hardware and software of a new X ray fluorescence logging instrument. The logging instrument, with 42 mm diameter, a direct proportional counter and a 256 channel pulse height analyser which is controlled by MCS 8098 micro processor, can simultaneously determine the contents of two or more elements and can preform digital recording, digital control and data processing under the control of the micro processor. The software can preform primitive data collection, spectral analysis, content and reserve calculation and plotting. A test for strointium deposit shows that the relative error between the thickness and average ore grade of the strontium seams provided by the X ray fluorescence logging technique and by traditional core chemical analysis is less than 10%, which can meet the needs of reserve calculation standard, and that the consumed time by X ray fluorescence logging is much less than those by traditional methods.
