摘 要:目的:建立白芷挥发油成分的 GC 指纹图谱。方法:SE-30毛细管气相色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm),FID 检测器,程序升温为70℃(5 min),以2℃·min^(-1)的速度线性升温至220℃(5 min)。结果:依据21批药材的指纹图谱数据进行聚类分析,将样品分为4类,选定其中10批优质样品建立共有模式。相似度分析结果表明,第Ⅰ类和第Ⅱ类样品为优质药材,第Ⅲ类样品质量一般,第Ⅳ类样品为伪品。结论:本测定方法为白芷药材的质量评价提供了科学依据。Objective:To establish the GC fingerprint of essential oils from Radix Angelicae Dahuricae. Method: The measurement conditions applied were as follows : SE - 30 capillary column ( 30 m × 0.25 mm × 0. 25 μm), FID detector and the temperature of column was increased linearly from 70 ℃ (5 min) to 220 ℃ (5 min), at a speed of 2 ℃ · min^-1. Results:The 21 samples were classified as 4 grades by cluster analysis and the 10 superior in producing area samples were confirmed to establish the mutual models. The result of similarity analysis showed that the grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ were commendatory, the grade Ⅲ was general, and the grade Ⅳ was spurious. Conclusion: The method is reliable to evaluate the quality of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.
