摘　　要：介绍了地面数字电视国标中发射机时钟规划和编码器的系统结构,阐述了BCH编码和LDPC编码的设计与实现方案及测试与验证方法。硬件仿真测试表明,该实现方案稳定可靠,满足数字电视地面传输系统的要求。This paper introduces the clock programming and the system structure of the encoder of the transmitter specified in the national DTTB standard. It expounds the design and implementation of the BCH encoding and LDPC encoding, and introduces test methods for them. Hardware simulation shows that this scheme is stable and reliable and can satisfy the demands of DTTB system.
