摘　　要：通过对公立医院院长委托代理关系的分析,提出目前我国公立医院院长的委托代理管理模式应是"政府办,政府管,职业院长管"。在此框架下,实行"一处委托,多方监管,责权明确,利益相关"的委托代理方式,只有这样才能有效地发挥公立医院的积极作用。In order to enhance operation in public hospital effectively, to analyse the relationship between the principal-agent and the heads of public hospital in China that proposed the new principal-agent management model including ＂Holding from government, Monitoring from government, Administration from professional chief＂ . Based on the model, the appropriate principal-agent pattern within our national condition is supposed to be followed the criteria： ＂consolidation entrust, multiple departments carry on supervising to the hospital, further identify clearly between authority and responsibility, benefit and reward retation to achievements＂ .
