摘　　要：分析了国内外电子病历的发展趋势,并从安全性与隐私性的角度阐述电子病历的医疗风险管理,在借鉴国外先进的管理经验和立法对我国电子病历管理、立法提出了合理的建议,以期对我国的电子病历风险管理提供帮助。The thesis analyzes the developing trend of the electronic medical records overseas, and elaborates medical risk management of electronic medical records in aspects of security and secrecy. It puts forward appropriate suggestions on management of and legistlation on electronic medical records with the reference of the advanced foreign management experience and legislation in order to propel the spread of electronic medical records in China.
