摘　　要：介绍了连续可变斜率增量调制波形编码/解码的工作原理、实现方法,结合语音干扰效果主观评价方法对编码后的受扰语音文件进行评价,给出相应的主观评价结果,建立了可懂度与误码率的对应关系,实现了数字化语音文件的评价。The working mechanism and implementation method of CVSD（Continuously Variable Slope Delta Modulation ） wavefonn encoder and decoder are introduced. The speech file is encoded and the jamming signal is added. The result of subjective evaluation is given using the methods of speech jamming effect evaluation. The relationship between intelligibility and bit error rate is established and the evaluation of digitized speech file is implemented.
