摘  要:目的:建立同时测定金银花中三萜皂苷成分忍冬苦苷A和忍冬苦苷C含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,A lltech C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸,检测波长210 nm。结果:忍冬苦苷A和忍冬苦苷C分别在0.15-2.25μg(r=0.999 9)和0.11-1.65μg(r=0.999 1),呈现良好线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为99.9%,98.3%。结论:忍冬苦苷A和忍冬苦苷C在不同地区的金银花药材中含量差异较大。Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of loniceroside A and loniceroside C in Lonicerae japonicae.Method: The analysis was carried out on an Alltech C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) evaluated with methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% glacial acetic acid as mobile phase.Flow rate was at 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 210 nm for UV detection.Result: The calibration curves were linear over the range from 0.15 to 2.25 μg(r=0.999 9) for loniceroside A and 0.11 to 1.65 μg(r=0.999 1) for loniceroside C.The average recoveries were 99.9% and 98.3%,respectively.Conclusion: The contents of Loniceroside A&C are diverse in Flos Lonicerae japonicae in different regions.
