针刺配合现代康复疗法治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合康复疗法治疗急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫的临床效果。方法将病程在2周内的缺血性脑卒中患者82例随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组采用针刺配合康复易化技术为主的康复运动治疗法,对照组单纯采用康复技术治疗,均辅以常规必要的药物治疗;采用Fugl Meyer运动功能指数、Barthel指数为评定标准分别于治疗前、治疗4周和12周后进行评分。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论针刺配合康复治疗技术可以明显改善偏瘫患者功能。Objective： To investigate the effect of acupuncture in combination with rehabilitation treatment technique of acute apoplexy. Methods：The patients with new onset of acute apoplexy within two weeks were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group treated with acupuncture stages in combination with promote treatment technique. The control group only treated with promote treatment technique. Common medications were necessary for all the patients. The patients were assessed by Fugl - Meyer and Bartbel indices before the treatment and after 4 weeks, 12 weeks treatment Results ：There was a significantly statistical difference with better effect in the treatment group between the two groups. Conclusion： Acupuncture in combination with rehabilitation treatment is effective method for bemiplegy.
