脉通方治疗糖尿病肾病3期60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药脉通方联合西药基础治疗方案治疗糖尿病肾病3期的临床疗效。方法将糖尿病肾病3期患者60例随机分为两组,治疗组采用西医基础治疗方案加用中药脉通方治疗,对照组则采用西医基础治疗方案加用伊贝沙坦治疗,两组均治疗12周;比较两组症状、体征及实验室相关指标改善情况。结果治疗组改善患者症状及尿白蛋白排泄率、血糖、血脂、尿α1-微球蛋白、转铁蛋白的效果明显优于对照组。结论脉通方治疗糖尿病肾病3期疗效明显优于单纯西药。Objective： To observe the effect of Maitongfang （MIF） in treating the 3rd stage of diabetic nephropathy （DN） . Methods： 60 patients with 3rd stage of diabetic nephropathy during May 2004 to February 2005 from the Hospital of TCM of Sichuan province have been chosen into this clinical research. Using MIF to treat 30 patients controlled by 30 patients treated with irbesrtan. The therapeutic course was 12 weeks for both groups. Results： The clinical symptoms, uring albumin excretion rate, α1 - microglobulin as well as lipid metabolism of the treatment group were all significantly improved after treatment, but in the control group improvement only showed in some of the projects above. Conclusion： Treatment of TCM combined with west medicine has the effects of reducing urine albumin excretion rate, improving lipid metabolism and blood viscosity in treating the 3rd stage of diabetic nephropathy.
