开心胶囊对气滞血瘀型高脂大鼠内皮损伤的作用机制探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨开心胶囊对气滞血瘀型高脂动物内皮损伤的保护作用机制。方法复制气滞血瘀高脂大鼠模型,制作相应血清,作用于人脐静脉内皮细胞,观察其MCP-1 mRNA的表达。结果开心胶囊高剂量含药血清对MCP-1 mRNA表达的抑制作用与立普妥相当。结论开心胶囊保护此类内皮损伤的机制可能与降低MCP-1有关。Objective：To study the effect of Kaixin Capsule on protecting endothelium against injury in rats with hyperlipemia, stagnation of Qi and Blood in TCM. Methods： Duplicating the rat model, making corresponding serum which affected on HUVEC and then observating the expression of MCP - lmRNA. Results： The inhibition effect of Kaixin Capsule＇ s high dose on MCP - lmRNA＇ S expressing was consistant with Lipitor. Conclusion： The mechanism of Kaixin Capsule which protected endothelium agairst injury maybe associated with reducing MCP - 1.
