摘  要:目的观察消聚膏对内毒素所致多器官功能失常综合征(MODS)小鼠死亡率的影响并探讨其作用机理。方法将小鼠随机分为四组,按不同的方法治疗。以内毒素腹腔注射制成MODS小鼠模型,统计小鼠不同时段的死亡率;每组取存活小鼠取材活检。结果与空白组比较,腹腔注射内毒素的小鼠生存率明显降低,治疗组小鼠15h生存率高于造模组和对照组。病理观察提示治疗组小鼠肺、肝、肾和肠病理变化明显减轻。结论消聚膏敷贴能减轻内毒素腹腔注射小鼠肠道组织的病理损伤,对防治内毒素所致的小鼠多器官功能失常有一定的作用。Objectice: To observe the effect of Xiaoju ointment for preventing lipopolysaccharide (LPS) - induced multiple organ injury(MODS) and decreasing the mortality of mice injected with LPS. Methods: Male KM mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, the normal control group, the LPS model group, the LPS - Xiaoju group and the criterion compare group. LPS or normal saline was injected intraperitoneally, and survival rates in each group were recorded at 6 - hour intervals, histopathologic changes of lung, liver, kidney and intestine were observed. Results: At 15 - hour, the survival rate was 100%, 38.89%, 66.67%, 3l. 48% in the normal control group, the LPS model group , the the LPS -xiaoju group and the criterion compare group respectively. Pathological examination showed that LPS could cause plasmolysis in liver, inflammatory in lung, edema and shortening in intestina villi. Pathological changes of the LPS- Xiaoju group were better than the criterion compare group. Conclusion: Xiaoju ointment has protective effect on LPS - inducde multiple organ injury mice.
