复方党参通气口服液对腹部手术后小肠功能恢复的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方党参通气口服液对实验兔腹部手术后小肠功能恢复的影响。方法45只实验兔随机分为实验组(予复方党参通气口服液)、对照组(予四磨汤)、空白组(予生理盐水)。术后观察肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间、小肠肌电节律(BER)、血浆中胃肠激素MOT、SP的变化及小肠推进率。结果实验组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01)。复方党参通气口服液能改善BER恢复、增加实验兔小肠推进率、刺激兔胃肠激素的分泌增多。结论复方党参通气口服液可增加胃肠蠕动,促进胃肠功能恢复。Objective：To observe the effect of Complex Dangshen Ventilation Oral Solution （CDVOS）on intestinal function recovery in experimental rabbit after abdominal operation. Methods： 45 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups： experimental group, control group and blank group. Recovery time of the bowel sound, first defecation time, intestinal basic electric rhythm（BER）, serum level of MOT and SP and intestinal propulsion ratio were observed. Results： Recovery time of the bowel sound and the first defecation time were shortened in experimental group when compared with the control group. CDVOS improved the recovery of intestinal BER, increased the intestinal propulsion ratio and secretion of the gut hormone. Conclusion： CDVOS can improve gastrointestinal motility and gastrointestinal functional recovery.
