摘  要:对超细玻璃微珠进行有机化处理,再与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行共混制得大口径双壁波纹管,并对其性能进行了测试分析。结果表明,以有机改性超细玻璃微珠为HDPE双壁波纹管的填充改性剂,能有效提高其落锤冲击强度和环刚度,且超细玻璃微珠粒径在3μm左右、用量约为20质量份时效果最佳;与普通轻质CaCO3填充制品相比,超细玻璃微珠填充HDPE双壁波纹管的蠕变率更低,"米重"更轻。The superfine glass bead was modified with an organic agent and mixed with HDPE. The properties of the big diameter double-wall corrugated pipe which was manufactured with this composite were tested. The results showed that superfine glass bead treated by an organic agent could improve a drop hammer impact and ring-stiffness of this double-wall corrugated pipe. The optimized diameter of superfine glass bead was 3 μm around, and the optimized mass fraction of superfine glass bead was 20 phr. The creep ratio of double-wall corrugated HDPE pipe filled with suprerfine glass was lower than that filled with common CaCO3 filler, and the double-wall corrugated pipe was lightened in weight.
