摘 要:采用熔体流动速率(MFR)测定仪测定了230℃时不同载荷条件下中空玻璃微珠(HGB)填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料的MFR,运用灰色关联分析法计算了HGB的粒度分布与PP/HGB体系MFR的灰色关联度,以考察HGB粒度分布对PP/HGB体系MFR的影响。结果表明,粒径为0.00~24.72μm的HGB使体系的MFR降低;粒径为27.72~256.00μm的HGB使体系的MFR提高,尤其是粒径为39.50~256.00μm的HGB使MFR提高较为明显。To investigate the influence of the hollow glass bead (HGB) size distribution on the melt flow ratio (MFR) of filled polypropylene (PP/HGB) composites, the MFR of PP/HGB composites was measured by a melt flow indexer at 230℃ under different load, and the gray relational degree between HGB size distribution and the MFR of PP/HGB composites was calculated respectively by means of gray relational rule. The results indicated that when HGB with size ranged from 0. 00 μm to 24.72 μm, the MFR of the composites was decreased; and when HGB with size ranged from 24.72 μm to 256.00 μm, the MFR of the composites was increased, especially for those with size varied from 39.50 μm to 256. 00 μm.
