摘 要:根据牛奶蛋白纤维的特点,讨论了牛奶纤维/比马棉混纺纬平针织物的前处理及染整工艺。漂白采用H_2O_2,在95℃以下进行;采用活性染色工艺,60℃处理40min;在定形整理同时进行护肤功能处理。依据AATCC标准测试,织物的耐水牢度、耐水洗牢度以及干、湿摩擦牢度均为4~5级,全部达到合格标准。According to characteristics of milk protein fiber, the pretreatment, dyeing and finishing process of single jersey with milk/pimac fiber blend are discussed. Bleaching with H2O2 is carried out first under 95℃, because the yellow color of milk protein fiber. Dyeing process are as follows: DyStar reactive dyes 60 g/L, Na2SO4 20 g/L, Na2CO3 10 g/L, blocking agent 0.5 g/L, treating for 40 rain at 64℃. Skin-care finish is done during setting finish process. Fabric's color fastness, including colorfastness to water, laundering, and rubbing (wet and dry), are all measured between 4 and 5 grade.
