摘 要:本文旨在研究膨化双低菜籽在哺乳母猪饲料中应用的适宜添加量。28头临产长×大哺乳母猪随机分成4组,每组7头,每个重复1头。根据NRC(1998)标准配制4种等能等蛋但添加不同水平膨化双低菜籽的日粮,试验期为28 d。结果表明:(1)添加10%膨化双低菜籽组平均日采食量(ADFI)显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);添加量为20%时,ADFI显著降低(P〈0.05);(2)与对照组相比,20%膨化双低菜籽组母猪失重显著增加(P〈0.05);(3)20%膨化双低菜籽组仔猪28日龄窝重、0~28日龄平均窝日增重显著下降(P〈0.05);(4)10%的膨化双低菜籽组粗纤维和总磷消化率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);对照组营养物质的消化率显著高于20%膨化双低菜籽组(P〈0.05);(5)各试验组血清中AST、ALT、T3、T4和TSH含量与对照组无显著差异(P〉0.05);(6)添加量达到20%时,乳固形物、乳蛋白和乳脂肪含量与对照组有显著差异(P〈0.05)。本试验结果表明,哺乳母猪日粮中膨化双低菜籽的添加比例以10%~15%为宜,最高不宜超过20%。The objective of this study is to explore the optimal proportion of expanded double-low rapeseed to add directly to lactation diets. Twenty-eight Landrace x Large White prepartum sows were assigned randomly into four groups in this experiment, with 7 in each group, and 1 as the replicate. Four diets with the same level of protein and energy were formulated to meet the NRC (1998) nutrient requirements through gradual increment of expanded double-low rapeseed levels (0%, 10%, 15%, 20%). The experiment period lasted for 28 days. The results showed that: 1) the average daily feed intake of the group of 10% expanded double-low rapeseed level was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the average daily feed intake of the group of 20% expanded doublelow rapeseed level was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05); 2) the body weight losses of 20% expanded double-low rapeseed group was significantly increased than that of the control group (P〈0.05) ; 3) the litter weight at the age of 28 days and litter weight gain from the age of 0 to 28 days of 20% expanded doublelow rapeseed level had significantly increased (P〈0.05); 4) the crude fiber and phosphorus digestibility of the group of 10% expanded double-low rapeseed level were significant higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05) ; and the apparent digestibility of nutritional ingredients in the control group was significantly higher than the group of 20% expanded double-low rapeseed level (P〈0.05) ; 5) it was found that the percentage of ALT, AST, T3, T4 and TSH had no significant differences among all groups versus the control (P〈0.05); 6) the milk solid, milk pro- tein, milk fat in group of 20% expanded double-low rapeseed level was significant different (P〈0.05) than those in the control (P〈0.05).
