摘　　要：中国矿业企业越来越多地走出国门参与国际矿业投资活动,需要更多掌握国际矿业并购投资知识的中国律师提供法律服务。文中根据笔者参与中国某大型企业集团,通过股权并购方式投资阿根廷铁矿项目的实践经验,对阿根廷的矿业投资法律法规和法律操作实务进行了比较全面的介绍,尤其对于中国律师应发挥的作用和提供的法律服务作出了较详细的阐述。Nowadays, more and more Chinese mining enterprises are considering international investment, and as a result, an increasing number of Chinese lawyers, who master international mining merger and investment knowledge, are needed for legal services. Based on an iron ore project ownership acquisition in Argentina, the investment practice of a Chinese large enterprise was analyzed. And the legislation of mining investment and legal practice in Argentina was introduced. The legal services, which should be provided by Chinese lawyers, were explained.
