夏枯草注射液高效液相特征图谱的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立夏枯草注射液高效液相特征图谱,为夏枯草注射液质量控制提供有效的方法。方法:采用HPLC法:Diamonsil C18色谱柱,A相为甲醇;B相为乙腈;C相为0.05%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长为280nm,进行特征图谱测定。结果:10批夏枯草注射液特征图谱相似度>0.9,相似度评价和方法学考察结果良好。结论:该方法稳定可靠,可有效地用于夏枯草注射液的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Xiakucao and to provide an effective method to control Xiakucao injection. METHODS Using a Diamonsil C18 column, phase A： methanol, phase B： acetonitrile, phase C： 0. 05N phosphoric acid, eluted with a gradient program and detected at 280 nm, the fringerprints were made. RESULTS The similarity of 10 batches of Xiakucao injection was not lower than 0. 9, evaluation of resemblances and results of precision were satisfactory. CONCLUSION This validated method is available for quality evaluation and quality control in Xiakucao injection.
